   SUPERVISION
All officers will have regular visits from a supervisor. The
supervisors' roles and responsibilities are:
   
   
1.
 To develop close liason with Management in order to:
   
Monitor performance of the security officer on a regular basis.
   
Monitor on-going adjustments to the securiy requirements of the building
   
Monitor crime trends within the surrounding district
   
   
2. To fully appraise the Security Officer on a regular basis,
  paying particular attention to:
   
Appearance and Demeanour
   
Efficiency and Performance
   
Relationship with Client
   
Timekeeping and Reliability Record
   
Conformity to Client Instructions
